HOW TO KEEP HEALTH
Keeping of health is the purpose of everyone. There are no one want to be sick or unhealthy, but not everyone able to keep their health. By keeping of health, people are going to continue their activity without disturbing. If someone got sick, it makes everything does not run smoothly, their work, dream, even they will be restless.
How to keep our health is the question that very interesting. In this essay, I want to give some method for answering this question. Although, there are so many idea that had been given by lot of experts, but one conceive again is better.
First factor that decide our health is food. We have to choose good food and eat properly because food is main factor of supporting of our body. By food that is eaten by us, we get strength and power to conduct daily activity. But if we eat unhealthy food or food that engenders some illnesses, the foods are the source of disaster and we have to avoid this kind of food, for instance junk food that consists of cholesterol. Many experts believe that grease makes our body fat and the fat stimulate stroke. Better if we choose food that low of grease. Next factor that decide the quality of food is whether this food produce naturally or chemically. Of course we have to choose natural food that free from dangerous stuff. Pesticides usually are used by farmers in the field. Because of the fact, we have to clean every food carefully. Better if we choose food that is produced naturally, but mostly more expensive.
Secondly, we must try to have healthy habitual. Smoking is one example that almost everyone know about risk of this activity. Provoking cancer, heart stroke, and decrease health of the lung are direct impacts of this bad activity. Although the unbeneficial of the smoking has been understood by people, but there are still lot of addict man and women continue this bad activity. For the smoker, we just give advice to stop smoking because there are so many dangerous impacts not only for themselves but also for others. In other hand, someone who is not a smoker, please avoid this habitual and never try it, because cigarette has addictive influence. There are many examples of bad habitual besides smoking, for instance abusing of drug and addiction of alcohol. The core is we have to avoid unbeneficial activities and try to continue useful activities.
Talking about useful activities, we can pick out many things as our hobbies. Sport is very good activity to keep our health. Besides keeping of health, sport makes fresh our mind. Because of that fact, do sport routinely to make fresh your mind and keep your health.
In conclusion, there are only two ways to do healthy life. First, avoid dangerous and bad activity like smoking, abusing of drug, compulsion of alcohol and etcetera. Second, please conduct your life with good habitual like sports. Sport makes fresh both your body and soul.
